Terms of purchase

What you're purchasing. One salary benchmarking report for a single role at a single location in Australian agriculture, prepared from current market evidence and delivered by email as a PDF.

Pricing and GST. The price shown is in Australian dollars and includes GST. A tax invoice is delivered with your report.

Delivery. Within two business days of payment. If we miss that window, we refund the full purchase price.

Scope. We benchmark operational through to senior management roles in Australian agriculture. If your role sits outside that coverage, we'll tell you, refund you in full, and where it fits, quote the work as a bespoke engagement instead.

Evidence. Reports are built from verifiable market evidence. Where the market for a role is thin, the report says so rather than papering over it. A report that spends longer in verification may take longer than one released same-day; both arrive within the delivery window.

Your information. Your business name is used to scope the research and is never published, shared or shown in the report. Uploaded position descriptions are used only to prepare your report and are deleted 30 days after delivery. Stripe handles your payment details; they never touch our systems.

What this is not. A benchmarking report is market intelligence to support your remuneration decisions. It is not legal, financial or industrial relations advice, and award coverage should be confirmed with your adviser before you rely on it.
